Humble beginning Gregory got his start cooking for his siblings. his first job at cooking was making fries at a McDonald's and cooking chicken for KFC when he was 15. He moved on to join the United States military branch of the Navy as a Culinary Specialist. Traveling around the world and making dishes for the crew ,plus acquiring new techniques various places for five years.
once he got out of the military he set his sights on getting his culinary and pastry degree. and since then he has been around the country doing pop up dinners , teaching culinary classes, catering wedding, among other things.
